htrdr-planets practical: Titan rendering and sensitivity
This practical uses htrdr-planets to render an image of Titan and calculate the sensitivities with respect to the atmosphere and surface parameters
First, copy the practical files to your home directory and work from your own copy:
cd ~
cp -rv /home/lafrier/tp_htrdr-planets/ .
cd tp_htrdr-planets
Then load the htrdr-planets environment in the same terminal:
source /home/lafrier/environnement_tp_htrdr-planets/etc/profile
You can then run htrdr-planets and htrdr-planets-sensitivity in the same terminal.
The practical guide contains the explanations and exercises.
The required files are in codes/.
The guide's source is main.tex.
To build the PDF, run ./make_pdf.sh (requires pdflatex and bibtex).
